Services Engagement

Hydrous is generally flexible to offer a mutually beneficial engagement approach that best suits the nature of work, projct and resourcing needs, company guidelines, budget and an equitable risk allocation between parties. We typically work in a hybrid fashion to realise the best of site/office collaboration and remote efficiencies and flexibilities.

Due to the everchanging nature of project development and design work we normally offer a rates basis or time allocation however can offer fixed rates for discrete deliverables such as training, site visits or confined deliverables. Below are some ways we can engage with you subject to availability and project location. Disbursements are typically cost plus with a cap guarantee. Travel time, admin and induction costs are at the nominated reduced rate unless otherwise agreed.

Hydrous has originated from a mechanical orientation and can also work alongside and/or engage other suitable consultants and professional partners who are process, civil/structural or E&I disciplined depending on the level of design required, project needs and location.

Short Term Contract

Fixed term and part-time contract arrangement with extension clause or else default to rates.

Part Time Embedded Resource

Professional Services Agreement

Fixed working day basis on a 3+ month renewal basis under fixed term employment or secondment.

Time-based consulting estimate with headroom via an upper limiting fee.

Ad-hoc Rates Based Consulting

Schedule of rates do and charge basis or under a 1-week notice contract.
