Services Engagement

Hydrous is highly flexible and offers a mutually beneficial engagement approach that best suits the nature of work, project and resourcing needs, company guidelines, budget and an equitable risk allocation between parties. We typically work in a hybrid fashion to realise the best of site/office collaboration and remote working.

We typically work on a rates basis or time allocation and offer fixed fee for discrete deliverables such as training, site visits or confined deliverables. Disbursements are typically cost plus with a capped guarantee. Travel time, admin and induction costs are at an agreed rate.

Hydrous has originated from a mechanical orientation and is happy to work alongside and/or engage other suitable consultants and professional partners who are process, civil/structural or E&I disciplines as required by the project.

Short Term Contract

Fixed term / part-time contract arrangement with extension clause or else default to rates.

Embedded Resource

Professional Services Agreement

Direct part-time fixed term employment (i.e. fixed working days) or short term contractor assignment placement via our recruitment partner.

Activity-based consulting estimate with headroom with an upper limiting fee.

Ad-hoc Rates Based Consulting

Schedule of rates estimate, do and charge basis. Minimum engagement scope may apply.
